Youth athletic development is crucial for long-term success in sports and overall health. By focusing on safe and effective training methods, we can enhance performance and help mitigate injuries. Our program emphasizes various components to foster well-rounded athletes. We cater the program to meet the individual needs of athletes at any point in their training cycle: off-season, pre-season, and in-season. Whether you’re focusing on building strength, maintaining performance, or recovery, we adjust the training frequency, intensity, and volume to suit your current demands.

Speed & Agility

Improving acceleration, top speed and deceleration is vital in sport. Our training includes drills to enhance first step quickness and change of direction, preparing athletes for rapid directional changes

Power & Plyometrics

Power, the ability to generate force quickly, is essential for explosiveness. We also incorporate plyometric exercises to decrease ground contact time and improve springiness.

Strength Training

The cornerstone of athletic development, enabling players to generate and absorb forces effectively. We address all of the foundational movement patterns (squat, hinge, press, pull, rotate and carry). This is a bulk of the training and is catered to the biological and training age of the athlete.

Mobility & Injury Prevention

Mobility is often overlooked, but is critical for optimizing performance and reducing injury. Kids are sitting for 6+ hours a day in class and growing rapidly. Of course certain areas will become tight due to these repeated postures and limit ability to get into certain position.
