12 Week Beginner Program
Build strength and confidence from the ground up with our progressive 12-week plan designed for beginners or those looking to get back into a consistent routine!
How does it work?
Phase 1
Weeks 1-4 are bodyweight & bands (DB options included for those that are ready!)
Phase II
Weeks 5-8 focus on dumbbells, with bodyweight/band alternates for those that need a little more time to adjust!
Phase III
Weeks 9-12 you will progress into full-body strength training with dumbbells to prep you for long term gains
What you'll Love
Progressive overload! We tell you the exercises, the reps, the sets, and the rest. The exercise selection increases in difficulty every 4 weeks and the reps or sets increase weekly. All you have to do is pick the weight that feels challenging enough!

These are 30 - 45 minute workouts which is both achievable and effective!

Warm ups and core stabilization is built into every session! Don't waste 15 minutes warming up when it can be done more efficiently and instead use that time where it counts for the workout itself!
