Mike Swann

Physical Therapist & Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Mike is a strength coach with over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. He specializes in strength and conditioning for athletes of all levels. He also has a wealth of experience working with busy adults and tailoring programs to fit their lifestyle.

Education:

  • B.S. in Exercise Science from Salisbury University
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy from University of Maryland Eastern Shore

Certifications:

  • NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist

  • ACSM Exercise Physiologist

Kelly Swann headshot

Kelly Swann

Physical Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer

Kelly has 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. She is a personal trainer with experience working with a variety youth athletes and busy adults, as well as a pediatric physical therapist. She currently serves as Safety Officer for the Denton Little League.

Education:

  • B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science from Coastal Carolina University
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy from University of Maryland Eastern Shore

Certifications:

  • NASM Certified Personal Trainer

  • NASM Certified Nutrition Coach
