Introducing Activate & Elevate — the ultimate workout programs designed to help YOU build muscle, increase strength, and transform your life. With access to expert weekly programming, all you have to do is show up and give it your all. We program in 4 week blocks, so every 4 weeks will offer a new blend of strength training workouts. 

 

Our subscription includes:

  • Activate: A 3-day-per-week program designed to build full-body strength, focusing on effective, total-body workouts.

  • Elevate: A 4-day-per-week program aimed at enhancing full-body strength, structured with 2 upper body days and 2 lower body days.

What You Get:

  • Scientifically backed programming that ensures progression

  • Calendar view of workouts to keep you organized. YES you can move the workouts around during the week to best suit YOUR schedule

  • Workouts designed for an expanded home gym or commercial gym (DB, KB, BB, Landmine) with substitution options for those with only dumbbells

  • Access to our "On-Demand" section featuring conditioning workouts, flexibility/mobility routines, sprint workouts, and cycling sessions

  • Ability to track your progress within the app

How is this different from online coaching?

While our Activate and Elevate programs provide expert-designed, flexible workout plans tailored for various fitness levels, One-on-One Coaching takes customization, guidance, and accountability to the next level.

If you’re looking for a structured, flexible program to follow independently, Activate & Elevate offer effective, well-rounded workout plans. However, if you want a highly customized approach, more personalized support, and hands-on accountability, our One-on-One Coaching will give you that deeper level of commitment and transformation.

What are the options?

Frequency: 3 Days per Week

Description: The Activate program is ideal for those seeking an efficient, yet highly effective full-body strength regimen. Designed as a 3-day-per-week program, Activate prioritizes compound movements that engage multiple muscle groups in each session, delivering maximum strength gains with a focus on total-body strength & conditioning. 

 

Who It’s For: Perfect for busy professionals, parents, or anyone balancing multiple commitments. It’s also a strong foundation program for those new to structured strength training, or for those who want to supplement other athletic pursuits with a dedicated strength routine.

Frequency: 4 Days per Week (2 Upper Body, 2 Lower Body)

Description: The Elevate program takes strength training to the next level with a 4-day split designed to target upper and lower body strength and build muscle more intensively. Each week includes 2 dedicated upper body days and 2 lower body days, allowing for focused work on each area and optimized recovery. This program does offer a 3-day option as well built into it (Lower Body, Full Body, and Upper Body) for weeks that you just dont have the time! 

 

Who It’s For: Great for individuals with prior strength training experience who are ready to commit to a more intense, frequent program. Ideal for those aiming to achieve measurable progress in muscle size and strength, including people working toward specific athletic goals or long-term body transformation.

With full access to both Activate and Elevate, you’re equipped with a versatile training approach that allows you to match your workout to your lifestyle and goals, every week - although we recommend staying with 1 program for the duration of it's monthly phase!
