Introducing Built to Last. — the ultimate workout programs designed to help YOU build muscle, increase strength, and transform your life. With access to expert weekly programming, all you have to do is show up and give it your all. We program in 4 week blocks, so every 4 weeks will offer a new blend of strength training workouts.
Our subscription includes:

Activate: A 3-day-per-week program focusing on effective, total-body workouts.

Elevate: A 4-day-per-week program, structured with 2 upper body days and 2 lower body days.

You’ll have access to both programs, but we recommend choosing one to focus on. Let us know which you’d like to keep, and we can remove the other from your dashboard to keep things streamlined! If you ever want to switch, just shoot us a message—we’re happy to help!

**Activate and Elevate are our flagship, ongoing programs, but we can remove them for you at anytime to clean up your dashboard so that you can enjoy other programs within the app with a more user friendly experience - just shoot us a message!**
The goal of Activate & Elevate is simple: build muscle and gain strength. These are not HIIT-style sessions where the focus is keeping your heart rate high. Different training concepts create different results.
And ladies, if your goal is to look toned, resistance training is the way to get there. 💪 It’s not just for the guys! Plus, if you want extra conditioning, we’ve got on-demand workouts you can layer in anytime.
How is this different from online coaching?
While our Built to Last. programs provide expert-designed, flexible workout plans tailored for various fitness levels, One-on-One Coaching takes customization, guidance, and accountability to the next level.

If you’re looking for a structured, flexible program to follow independently, Built to Last. offers effective, well-rounded workout plans. However, if you want a highly customized approach, more personalized support, and hands-on accountability, our One-on-One Coaching will give you that deeper level of commitment and transformation.
With full access to both Activate and Elevate, you’re equipped with a versatile training approach that allows you to match your workout to your lifestyle and goals, every week - although we recommend staying with 1 program for the duration of it's monthly phase!
